Although the Sonic Blast game title was released along with Sonic 3D Blast, the storyline is completely different. The two games do not share any similarity of enemies, levels, or bosses. Sonic Blast is properly a run and jump game. It is the last game released for the Sega handheld. The main characters in the game are Sonic the Hedgehog and Knuckles the Echidna.
